How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
  1. Submit a Request: Email sundae-bulb3t@icloud.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Item type (e.g., “300ml Electric Mini Juicer”, “2L Ultrasonic Humidifier”, “8L Hot & Cold Water Dispenser”)
  • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., “juicer won’t turn on”, “humidifier leaks”, “wrong dispenser type”)
  • Clear photos of the item (and defects, if applicable—e.g., broken motor, leaky tank) to speed up review.
  1. Receive Approval: Our team reviews requests within 2 business days (prioritizing defective appliances). If approved:
  • For small items (Mini Juicers, compact Humidifiers): We send a pre-paid return label (we cover return costs for defects/incorrect items; you cover costs for change-of-mind returns).
  • For large items (Water Dispensers, full-size Humidifiers): We arrange a courier pickup (free for defect-related returns; £18 GBP fee for change-of-mind returns—due to size/weight).
  1. Ship the Item Back:
  • For appliances: Repack in original packaging (include all accessories: e.g., Mini Juicer blades, Humidifier filters, Water Dispenser drip trays, power cords).
  • For small items: Ensure original seals are intact (if unopened) or repack in a clean, sealed bag (if defective).
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to our Birmingham address (27 Tenby Road, Birmingham, B13 9LX, United Kingdom) within 7 days of approval.
Refund & Exchange Timelines
  • Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving/picking up the item (we verify condition, functionality, and packaging). Refunds are issued to your original payment method—you’ll get an email confirmation once complete.
  • Exchanges: We ship your replacement item (e.g., working Mini Juicer, non-leaking Humidifier) within 3–5 business days of verifying the returned item meets eligibility. Exchange shipping is free for defect/incorrect item requests.
